As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will work in a designated retail location, helping to facilitate the delivery and return of customer orders, while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Associate, your duties will include: * Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery * Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions to their problems * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety * Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site * Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders * Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring that all packages are properly stored and secured Physical Demands and Work Environment As a Customer Service Associate, you will be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You will also be expected to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additionally, you may be required to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, as well as go up and down stairs (where applicable). Why Join arenaflex?
