Customer Service Sales Representative Duties

As a Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for assisting with administrative and customer support tasks, including:

• Assisting with inbound customer calls to resolve general service inquiries and provide timely solutions to client-related problems
• Following up with existing and potential clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
• Reviewing billing questions with clients and providing clear explanations of our services and policies
• Performing other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of our agency
