Role and Responsibilities
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to Customer Service Requests: Answer 35+ calls/day, respond to texts/emails, and provide exceptional service to our clients.
- Maintaining Accuracy: Ensure accuracy in all customer interactions, from initial contact to resolution.
- Achieving Cross-Sell Goals: Meet cross-sell goals (umbrella, renters, life referrals, etc.) to help our clients achieve their insurance goals.
- Encouraging Client Referrals: Ask after every interaction to encourage client referrals and grow our business.
- Working Collaboratively: Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in Property & Casualty insurance customer service.
- Licensing: A valid Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License.
- Self-Motivation: A strong sense of urgency and self-motivation to drive results.
- Professional Phone Etiquette: Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills to build trust with our clients.
- Goal-Oriented: A demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets, with a genuine desire to positively impact clients' lives.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and accuracy to ensure seamless customer interactions.
