What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our pet-parent clients and veterinary partners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting directly with veterinary centers to process prescription orders, resolve client issues, and explain order requests
- Examining and resolving issues to determine the best solutions for clients and facility partners, and following up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues
- Completing accurate data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex's healthcare software
- Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
- Working with empathy, attention, patience, sympathy, and generosity to clients and partners alike
- Working with a willingness to learn and grow, as we share feedback, receive input, and work in a culture of openness and development
- Communicating with veterinary facilities via telephone (sometimes via other stations depending on the situation) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to investigate solutions and record client note accounts, so being thorough is essential
- Expecting a significant portion of the business day to be spent on outbound veterinary facility/client telephone contacts
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
- A strong work ethic, with a sense of ownership and a willingness to take initiative
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician Permit from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable
- Strong decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to change as per the business needs of the organization
- Flexibility to adjust your schedule and stay at work longer than required on a case-by-case basis by the specialty unit
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to pass a background check
