Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via live chat, email, and electronic message boards. You'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support, ensuring a seamless shopping and support experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a chat supervisor to resolve complex customer queries
• Participate in comprehensive training to ensure you're well-equipped to handle customer interactions and common questions
• Work independently, following instructions carefully and maintaining a high level of productivity
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience for all customers

Daily Tasks

* Log into the arenaflex chat application and respond to customer messages

• Assist customers with product selection and troubleshooting
• Provide timely and effective support, ensuring a seamless shopping and support experience
• Collaborate with a chat supervisor to resolve complex customer queries
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on products and services

Specifications

* Contract Length: Open-ended with no fixed term

• Rate: $35 per hour
• Requirements:

+ Access to a device capable of handling social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) + Ability to work independently, follow instructions carefully, and maintain a high level of productivity + Reliable internet connectivity
