Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative on our Live Chat Support team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support through live chat interactions, ensuring a positive and empathetic interaction with members to enhance their overall experience.
- Assisting members with inquiries related to account management, billing, and technical issues, and troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently.
