Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals. Responsibilities

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls accurately and quickly, providing clear and concise information to customers
• Monitoring inbound calls to ensure they are handled according to protocol and company policies
• Assisting with dispatching medical orders during downtime and when assigned
• Maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Utilizing strong phone contact handling skills and active listening to resolve customer inquiries and issues
• Following communication "script", guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality
• Being punctual and demonstrating a positive attitude, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration
• Typing at least 25 words per minute, with strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Working holidays (double pay) and being available to work alternating weekends (off every other Sat/Sun)
• Participating in training sessions, including scheduled Monday-Friday 9a-5p training and lasting about three to four weeks

Available Shifts

We offer a range of shifts to accommodate your needs, including:

• Full-Time 7am-3pm/8am-4pm/9a-5p & 3pm-11pm
• Alternating weekends required - OFF every other Sat/Sun

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

• Starting at $14.00/hr + shift differentials
• Shift Differential - extra $0.50/hr from 5p-11p & $1.00/hr from 11p-7p
• Weekends - extra $0.50/hr plus any shift differential pay
• Extra pay incentive for additional weekend coverage
• Bilingual (Spanish) - additional $1.00/hr
• Immediate remote opportunity available for candidates that reside in FL, GA, SC or TN

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proficient in English with strong communication skills
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, especially in Spanish is a plus
• Excellent customer service and client support experience
• Strong phone etiquette and typing skills
• Familiarity with data entry
• Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred
