Position Overview:
As a Virtual Customer Service Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and helping our customers have a seamless experience with our products and services. Training will be provided, and we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product questions, orders, returns, exchanges, and other service-related issues.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional, timely, and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide information on company products and services as needed.
- Follow up with customers as required to ensure issues are resolved.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on product offerings, policies, and company promotions.
Essential Qualifications:
* Fluent in English (written and spoken), with excellent communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and using digital communication tools (email, chat).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Shopify is a bonus, but not required.
- A passion for health and wellness is a bonus, but not required.
