Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Distributing benefit enrollment materials and determining eligibility for clients
- Handling incoming customer service calls, responding to client requests, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Dispatching incoming customer phone calls, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
- Creating and explaining individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system, providing clients with tailored solutions
- Working closely with management teams to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies, ensuring you're always equipped to provide the best possible service
- Responding to client requests for coverages, representing their best interests and providing expert guidance
Essential Qualifications:
