Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Distributing benefit enrollment materials and determining eligibility for clients
  • Handling incoming customer service calls, responding to client requests, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Dispatching incoming customer phone calls, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
  • Creating and explaining individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system, providing clients with tailored solutions
  • Working closely with management teams to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies, ensuring you're always equipped to provide the best possible service
  • Responding to client requests for coverages, representing their best interests and providing expert guidance

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry
