Job Summary
We're seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers, agents, and clients in the US and Canada. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing timely and professional customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer information. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to customers, agents, and clients via phone and/or web, answering insurance-related questions and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure accuracy of information, timely response, and outstanding customer issues
- Assist customers with problem resolution to ensure all insurance requirements are met and verify and enter correct information into the computer using arenaflex guidelines
- Process policies and related documents to ensure accurate and efficient flow through the appropriate processing system
- Provide assistance to other departments when workload dictates
- Consistently achieve departmental standards of productivity and accuracy
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of the facility, computer system, programs, customer, and client information
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least six months of customer service-related experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish (speaking, spelling, and grammar)
- Availability to work Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Central Time, and Saturday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Central Time
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity and accuracy standards

- Ability to work in a team environment and provide assistance to other departments when needed
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
- Proficiency in computer software and systems, including arenaflex's proprietary systems
