About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in reservations and customer support. As a key member of our global team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients and travel agents. Your primary focus will be on customer and travel agent inquiries, sales, and reservation assistance. You'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that every interaction is seamless, informative, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer questions about arenaflex's tours and services, providing in-depth explanations and expert advice to clients and travel agents.
- Assist clients and travel agents with reservations via phone and email, ensuring that every inquiry is addressed promptly and professionally.
- Engage in sales conversations, upselling our products and services where appropriate, while maintaining a consultative approach.
- Respond to email inquiries from travel agents, customers, third parties, and other stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information.
- Handle phone calls from clients seeking assistance while on the ground in Europe, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain meticulous organization of customer and reservation information, ensuring seamless communication with the Rome team.
- Collaborate with the Rome team to resolve last-minute issues, including ticketing, transfers, and client communication.

Essential Qualifications
• Experience in customer service for discerning clients, preferably in the travel industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working in an international context
- Excellent phone presence, with the ability to handle high-volume calls
- Experience in soft sales, with a consultative approach
- Strong digital proficiency and general computer skills, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Slack
- A college degree, preferably in a related field
- Experience traveling and a love of travel, with a passion for exploring new destinations
Preferred Qualifications
• Professional background in the travel industry, with experience in tour operations or customer service
- Fluency in multiple languages, with a focus on European languages
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
