Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. Additionally, the Customer Support Manager will handle debt collections and overdue payments for delinquent customers.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and lead a team of remote customer support representatives, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment

  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback, driving individual and team growth
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, resolving complex problems with empathy and expertise
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction, driving business growth and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, promoting cross-functional alignment and excellence
  • Manage debt collections and overdue payments for delinquent customers, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing financial risk
