Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Making sure that your store meets sales targets and goals
- Running promotions to drive sales and engagement
- Managing stock levels to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Reviewing all Sales Rental Orders for compliance and approval
- Analyzing sales figures to identify trends and opportunities
- Creating sales goals and strategies to drive business growth
- Contacting all prospects daily from prior interests with arenaflex
- Forecasting future sales to inform business decisions
- Dealing with customer service opportunities to resolve issues and build loyalty
- Maintaining competitor sales and promotions knowledge to stay ahead of the competition
- Training store associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- Valid State Driver License with a clean driving history
