Job Summary
As a Remote Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service through live chat support. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a prompt and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, ticket changes, and other travel services

- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's products and services

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written communication skills

- Must reside in the State of Georgia
