Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

- Working variable hours to match customer demand, including overnight, day, and late shifts

Basic Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the right to work in India
- Have strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
- Have experience working with a computer
- Be available to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm
- Be willing and able to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
- Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
- Have a minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 10MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
Consent to Recording
