Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant in our D2AS organization, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing multiple complex calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings, and coordinating domestic and international travel
- Planning and organizing events of all sizes, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up
- Handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives
- Building a positive team environment and establishing working relationships inside and outside of the group
- Managing travel bookings, handling expenses, and ensuring successful follow-up of action items
- Preparing documentation for meetings, overseeing the organization's Rhythm of the Business, and assisting with documentation and day-to-day administrative tasks on behalf of the VP
- Organizing the VP's agenda and ensuring the smooth-running of their work in an ever-changing environment where priorities can change rapidly
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven track record of handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives
- Excellent calendar management and scheduling skills, with the ability to manage multiple calendars and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior executives, team members, and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer-facing organization, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Knowledge of arenaflex's digital products and services, with a passion for making digital experiences effortless for customers
- Experience with travel booking and expense management tools, such as Concur or Expensify
- Certification in Executive Administration or a related field
- Fluency in multiple languages, with a focus on languages spoken by arenaflex's global customer base

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience
