We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist (Emails/Live Chats) to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist (Emails/Live Chats) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Providing exceptional customer support via chats, emails, and phone calls
- Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Meeting team KPIs and consistently delivering high-quality results
- Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and industry trends
- Securingly working with customers' sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
- Applying the latest customer happiness practices to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining working knowledge of our client's products and services
- Communicating effectively with developers and other departments of various IT companies
Requirements for Success
To excel in this role, you'll need:- Native Chinese and English upper intermediate (B2 level) language proficiency
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Experience with live chats and emails
- Interest in crypto or stock exchange (a plus, but not required)
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience with the following would be a great plus:- CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Crypto/finance industry experience
- Experience with CRM systems or customer support software
