Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our organization's success by accurately and efficiently processing data from various sources. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately inputting data from various sources into Excel and Microsoft Word, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Verifying data for errors and inconsistencies, correcting any discrepancies, and maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Preparing and sorting documents for data entry, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute (WPM).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on quality and precision.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, with a strong commitment to data security and integrity.
  • Prior data entry experience is a plus, but not required.
