Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, running the register, and cashing transactions with a smile
- Making purchase suggestions and promoting arenaflex products and services
- Working with our food program to provide customers with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
- Providing fast and friendly service to customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with your team to achieve daily goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, products, and processes
- A positive attitude, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:
- Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business, marketing, or a related field
- A motivation to advance in your career, with a desire to learn and grow with arenaflex
- A willingness to work a variety of shifts, including overnights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and potentially climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
