Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to customers who have reported lost or stolen cards
  • Resolving customer disputes and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills
  • Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality guidelines

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associate's degree preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Background check required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use WIRED high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download / 25 Mbps upload (no Wi-Fi)
  • Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 15 or higher) smartphone
  • Either a smartphone with unlimited minutes or a landline phone
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Preferred Qualifications:

* 1 year of customer service experience

  • Experience working in a remote call center environment
  • Strong knowledge of banking and financial services
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Training and Onboarding:

Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. The training schedule is as follows: Week 1:

  • May 14, 2025: 1700-2200 (Tech Day)
  • May 15, 2025: 2100-0200 (Classroom Day)
  • May 16, 2025: 2100-0200 (Classroom Day)
  • May 17, 2025: 1700-2200
  • May 18, 2025: 1700-2200

Week 2:

  • May 21, 2025: 2100-0200 (New Hire Training)
  • May 22, 2025: 2100-0200 (New Hire Training)
  • May 23, 2025: 2100-0200 (New Hire Training)
  • May 24, 2025: 1700-2200 (New Hire Training)
  • May 25, 2025: 1700-2200 (New Hire Training)

Full-time and Part-time Schedules:

* Full-time schedule: 38 hours per week + Saturday: 1700-0200 + Sunday: 1700-0200 + Monday: Off + Tuesday: Off + Wednesday: 2100-0600 + Thursday: 2100-0600 + Friday: 2100-0100

  • Part-time schedule: 25 hours per week

+ Saturday: 1700-2200 + Sunday: 1700-2200 + Monday: Off + Tuesday: Off + Wednesday: 2100-0100 + Thursday: 2100-0100 + Friday: 2100-0100
