Position Overview
As a Weekend Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming weekend customer chats and emails, guiding users through subscription management, troubleshooting, and access questions, and escalating technical problems to senior support as needed.

- Maintain clear notes and proper ticket tagging on every interaction

Requirements
- Laptop or desktop with Chrome browser

Compensation & Scheduling
Starting pay: $25/hour. Eligible for $30–$35/hour after 30 completed shifts with strong QA reviews.

- First monitored shift with QA feedback
- Paid shifts typically start within 3–5 days
Sample Weekend Shift Flow
