Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Entry Level Data Entry Clerk to join our team and play a critical role in managing our digital databases. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for inputting data, updating order statuses, and ensuring the accuracy of our digital records. Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Confidentiality and Data Security: Maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of our digital databases, adhering to strict data security protocols, and ensuring the protection of sensitive information.
  • Data Input and Management: Inputting customer and account data into our digital databases, using Microsoft Office tools, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our records.
  • Data Verification and Quality Control: Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and verifying the output to ensure the highest level of quality.
  • Research and Data Retrieval: Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, using various data sources and tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Generating reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Document Management: Scanning documents, printing files, and maintaining a organized digital filing system.
  • Continuous Improvement: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve our data management processes and systems.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Microsoft Office Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Strong Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically, analyze data, and solve problems effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Experience and Education: Entry-level experience in a data entry or related role, with a strong educational background in a relevant field.
