Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring customers feel valued and supported in our stores.
  • Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment, ensuring customers have a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Assisting with the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
  • Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store, ensuring products are easily accessible to customers.
  • Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using the POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, preventing potential conflicts or issues.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation.

Position Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. You should be able to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred. You should be able to adapt quickly to our store operations and procedures.
  • Physical Requirements: You'll need to be able to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally, up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height. You should also be able to meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Availability: You'll need to be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
