Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting data from various sources into electronic systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Verifying and correcting data discrepancies to maintain the highest level of data integrity
  • Maintaining and updating patient records, billing information, and other administrative documents in accordance with company policies
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic files and records, ensuring easy access and retrieval

  • Following all confidentiality protocols and HIPAA compliance standards, upholding the highest standards of patient confidentiality and data security
  • Meeting deadlines for daily, weekly, and monthly data entry assignments, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree is preferred
  • Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles, with a strong understanding of data management principles
  • Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) with high accuracy, ensuring efficient and error-free data entry
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting, with strong self-motivation and discipline
  • Basic knowledge of medical or healthcare terminology is a plus, but not required
