Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, providers, physicians, and hospitals. You'll be the public face of arenaflex, and your interactions will shape the perception of our company. You'll create simplicity by effectively using knowledge of plans, products, procedures, and systems to provide information and resolve issues, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to members, providers, physicians, and hospitals through phone, email, and other communication channels. - Create simplicity by effectively using knowledge of plans, products, procedures, and systems to provide information and resolve issues. - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs. - Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and policies.

Qualifications

- Experience in a production environment, preferably in a customer-facing role. - Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location, demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders. - Empathy towards customers' needs and concerns, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. - Strong computer navigation and typing skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications. - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a transaction/high volume-based environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Anticipated weekly hours: 40. - Time type: Full-time.

Compensation and Benefits
