Responsibilities

As an Aviation Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Serving as a primary point of contact for customers and crew at the arenaflex Jet Center, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced business aviation environment.
• Assisting with scheduling aircraft arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with our team.
• Booking accommodations for flight crews and customers, including hotels and ground transportation, to ensure their comfort and convenience.
• Processing payments and managing financial accounts for customer transactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely resolution of financial matters.
• Opening and maintaining customer accounts, providing product and service information, and retaining records of customer interactions and services provided.
• Resolving customer issues in an efficient and cordial manner, demonstrating a customer-first approach and a commitment to excellence.
• Anticipating customer needs to provide superior satisfaction, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
• Participating in safety programs and upholding a Safety-First culture, adhering to all relevant airport and company policies, laws, and regulations.
• Learning and applying all relevant airport and company policies, laws, and regulations, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, with a valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in the English language, with a B2 proficiency level or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• The ability to meet the minimum physical requirements of the job, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
• Passing pre-employment and random drug screenings, background checks, credit checks, DMV checks, and employment verification.
