Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring seamless system access and equipment distribution. You'll work closely with scrum teams, managers, and stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time and operations run smoothly. Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Onboarding and Offboarding Process Management: Oversee and document employee lifecycle processes, ensuring timely provisioning of system access and distribution of equipment.
- System Access Management: Review and submit system access forms to ensure employees receive the appropriate access, and promptly revoke system access upon employee termination.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with scrum teams to schedule and manage Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI), minimizing operational disruptions, and maintain accurate and secure records that adhere to organizational and regulatory standards.
- IT Service Management: Manage IT Service Management systems and track workflows using Jira, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and processes.
- Process Optimization: Assist in defining and optimizing processes to streamline project tasks and keep management informed on progress.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with scrum teams, managers, and stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time and operations run smoothly.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- U.S. Citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance: This is a mandatory requirement for the position.
- Master's/Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of relevant experience: We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can hit the ground running.
- Proven experience with onboarding/offboarding candidates and managing system access: Your expertise in this area will be invaluable in ensuring seamless system access and equipment distribution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills: You'll need to be able to effectively collaborate with teammates, management, and customers to ensure tasks are completed on time and operations run smoothly.
- Excellent organizational and task management skills: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Familiarity with project task dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies: Your experience in this area will help you identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
- Knowledge of AWS and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite: Your technical skills will be valuable in managing IT Service Management systems and tracking workflows using Jira.
- Strong customer service skills: Your ability to address client/employee concerns and provide exceptional support will be essential in delivering top-notch customer service.
