Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds and navigating complex customer interactions to provide personalized solutions
  • Gathering relevant information and presenting potentially complex solutions in a clear, concise, and positive manner
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Embracing change and contributing to continuous improvement in a fast-paced work environment

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience, with post-secondary education preferred
  • Customer service, financial services, or insurance experience, with a strong understanding of complex customer interactions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
  • A private, secure, distraction-free, remote workspace with reliable power and hard-wired Ethernet connection
  • High-speed internet access
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule between the hours of 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, including annuities, health insurance, life insurance, mutual funds, and beneficiary claims
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience working with diverse populations and cultures

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • A starting hourly wage of $23.46, with the ability to increase your wages every quarter in the first year by meeting established milestones
