Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers via online chat and respond to a wide range of inquiries

• Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services
• Schedule appointments by collecting and narrowing down appointment information
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of available products and services
• Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
• Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers

Essential Qualifications:

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary

• Ability to type at least 35 WPM (preferred 40 WPM)
• Proficiency in basic internet and computer skills, including windows-based systems
• Strong multitasking abilities, gaming experience is helpful
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or office customer service setting (2+ years experience)

• Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management
• Experience with online chat platforms and customer service tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
