Role Details
As an Entry-Level Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and effective support to creators and their audiences
- Sharing promotional sales links and managing communications on creators' accounts using arenaflex's chat features
- Collaborating with creators to understand their needs and preferences and providing tailored support to meet their requirements
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in digital content and customer interaction
Training and Support
As a new Chat Assistant, you'll receive comprehensive guidance and training to ensure you're equipped to handle queries effectively. You'll have access to arenaflex's chat features and will be supported by our experienced team to help you navigate the platform and provide exceptional support to creators and their audiences.
Compensation and Hours
* Rate: $35 per hour
- Flexibility: Choose from 5 to 40 hours per week to suit your schedule, with the flexibility to adjust as needed
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate with opportunities for growth and advancement
Requirements
To succeed as a Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Access to a device (laptop, smartphone, or tablet) capable of managing social media and chat functions
- Excellent communication abilities, responsiveness, and a reliable internet connection

Location
