About the Position

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer concerns with a positive and empathetic approach, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist with Loan Applications: Help clients navigate resources, explain product benefits clearly, and guide them through the loan application process.
  • Gather Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from clients and relay it to the team for service and product improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential skills and qualifications:

  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Customer Service or Related Roles: Although training is available for the right candidate, prior experience in customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are crucial for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with Business Finance, Start-up Funding, or Lending Processes: While not essential, knowledge of business finance or lending processes is a plus, and training can be provided for the right candidate.
