As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our sales representatives, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth through suggestive selling and upselling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Suggestive Selling: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Order Management: Accurately input sales orders, manage customer orders, and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and market conditions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Special Projects: Support the sales department with special projects, as assigned, to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food industry.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Seasoft software package.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Pricing Knowledge: Ability to identify and resolve pricing inconsistencies associated with multiple types of pricing methods.
  • Attention to Detail: Great attention to detail, with minimal supervision, to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
  • Telephone Skills: Excellent telephone skills and etiquette, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and write in English, with a strong understanding of industry terminology and concepts.
