Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our business clients, building relationships with internal and external customers, and driving growth and retention of our customer base. Responsibilities
As a Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager, you'll be responsible for the following key service responsibilities:
- Establish and build relationships with internal and external customers and insurance carriers via phone and email.
- Correspond and maintain contact with advisors regarding new and renewal business.
- Generate certificates of insurance as needed.
- Perform quality control on all new business and document in the account management system.
- Review applications and endorsements and policies.
- Download, maintain, and update files in the account management system.
- Prepare and maintain reports as required by management.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Property & Casualty licensed (preferred but not required)
- One year of commercial lines insurance experience (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Detailed-oriented
