Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Full Stack Product Leader – Customer Data Platform (CDP) to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP will enable us to provide personalized and seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Product Leader – Customer Data Platform (CDP) at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and preserving the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet company objectives
  • Supporting new development, configuration, and preservation at the platform
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to internal teams concerning the segment-building and RT-CDP platform
  • Troubleshooting technical issues associated with the platform and implementing solutions
  • Collaborating with IT and other teams to align on tech requirements and implementations
  • Keeping updated with the latest trends and best practices associated with Adobe Experience Platform
  • Conducting daily audits to ensure the optimal use of the platform
  • Leading training sessions to up-skill internal teams on the effective use of the platform
  • Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting agencies to coordinate product upgrades and workarounds

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical information control and marketing solution experience
  • Strong technical skills, mainly with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical principles to non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Consistently prioritizes security and protection of self, others, and personal information
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States

  • Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
  • Experience with Customer Data structures consisting of Adobe Experience Platform or comparable structures like Salesforce C360 or Segment
  • Proven track record of efficiently handling and implementing complex company-stage structures
  • In-depth understanding of data governance and data control best practices
  • Prior experience in a large-scale e-commerce or virtual enterprise environment, preferably with a focus on customer experience optimization
