Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information about our products and services.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
