What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our corporate business clients in German and English. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Advising and arranging travel for corporate business customers (both individuals and groups)
  • Arranging and booking domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexity, for air, road, rail, and accommodations
  • Using various Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), including Amadeus (we will provide training)
  • Ensuring compliance to customers' agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Using positive telephone service techniques and acting on special customer requests
  • Collaborating within your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Professional communication in both German (C1) and English (B2) required
  • Min. 6 months of experience in customer service preferred
  • Skilled communicator across multiple channels (Email/Chat/Phone)
  • Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs
  • Act with integrity, and look after personal traveler information
  • Teamwork and openness to feedback
  • Open to learning and using new technology
