About the Role
As a French-speaking Telecommunications Customer Expert at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients from Switzerland. You'll be responsible for communicating with customers in French, resolving network and other issues, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. Essential Qualifications:
