Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our Operations Department in Dallas. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing multiple phone lines, and ensuring timely movement of cargo from origin to destination. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Administrator at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to provide excellent customer service. Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service via email and phone, promoting a customer-friendly atmosphere and maintaining good communication
- Managing multiple phone lines, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries
- Proficient in geography to determine best forwarding routes, ensuring timely movement of cargo from origin to destination
- Data Entry, accurately recording and updating customer information and cargo details
- Ensuring timely movement of cargo from origin to destination, working closely with drivers and warehouse staff to resolve any issues that may arise
- Performing additional duties on a needed basis, such as assisting with administrative tasks and providing support to other team members
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- 1-2 years of experience in Administrative support, with a strong understanding of logistics and transportation principles
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer experiences
- Dependable, reliable, and punctual, with a strong work ethic and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, drivers, and warehouse staff
