Job Summary
We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Take orders and provide accurate information to customers
- Work closely with our team to ensure that every interaction is exceptional
- Provide outstanding support to our customers, both in person and over the phone
- Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Essential Qualifications
* 16 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or food service environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
