Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional phone and email support to our customers, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to our high standards of quality. You'll work closely with our sales and healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise. Responsibilities
* Provide phone and email support to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Answer incoming requests through our multichannel system, which includes order entry, order status verification, and processing return orders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to arenaflex's specifications and standardized processes
- Interpret and explain detailed information about our processes and procedures to customers
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and projects, contributing to the growth and development of our team and organization
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to new and rapidly changing situations and environments
- Understand how decisions impact customers, markets, and sales representatives, and provide support that aligns with our company's goals and values
- Work beyond standard hours as needed to support call volume and workload requirements
Requirements
* At least 2 years of direct Customer Service or Account Management experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Systems Applications & Products (SAP)
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs
Preferred Qualifications
* Associates or Bachelors Degree
- 3 or more years of Customer Service and Order Entry experience
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), or Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX)
- Experience with PowerBI and/or Genesys
