Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering Customer Inquiries: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll be responsible for answering their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolving Escalations and Complaints: You'll take initiative to resolve any escalations or complaints that arise, and you'll work to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Processing Orders: You'll be responsible for processing orders with high-level accuracy, and you'll work to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time.
  • Maintaining a Positive Representation of arenaflex: You'll be a representative of arenaflex, and you'll be responsible for maintaining a positive representation of our company and associated brands at all times.
  • Documenting and Updating Customer Records: You'll be responsible for documenting and updating customer records based on interactions, and you'll work to ensure that our customer data is accurate and up-to-date.

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
