Job Summary:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring that they have a pleasant shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing cash register activities, setting up merchandise displays, maintaining store signage, and helping with inventory control. Responsibilities:

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:

Extend a level of service that is genial, considerate, and timely to all clients, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.

Manage Cash Register Activities:

Execute transactions and manage the cash register while assisting customers, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all sales and returns.

Maintain Store Presentations:

Assist in maintaining store presentations, restocking supplies, and managing signage to ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

Support Inventory Management:

Support the maintenance and arrangement of stock within store inventories, ensuring that products are easily accessible and well-organized.

Maintain a Well-Kempt Store Layout:

Sustain a well-kempt and structured store layout, ensuring that the store is clean, safe, and easy to navigate.

Address Customer Inquiries:

Address customer inquiries promptly and strive to resolve any issues they may be facing, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.

Collaborate with Team Members:

Collaborate with team members in order to reach store goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences, working together to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
