Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Extending a level of service that is genial, considerate, and timely to all clients, ensuring that they have a positive shopping experience.
  • Executing transactions and managing the cash register while assisting customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues they may be facing.
  • Assisting in maintaining store presentations, restocking supplies, and managing signage, ensuring that the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
  • Supporting the maintenance and arrangement of stock within store inventories, ensuring that products are easily accessible and well-displayed.
  • Sustaining a well-kempt and structured store layout, ensuring that the store is clean, safe, and easy to navigate.
  • Addressing customer inquiries promptly and striving to resolve any issues they may be facing, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
