Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic retail sales team at arenaflex. As a key player in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction, you'll be responsible for generating retail sales, building strong relationships with customers, and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs. Responsibilities:

* Generate retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand arenaflex's network.

  • Develop strong relationships with customers by learning their needs, creating connections, and asking the right questions to uncover opportunities.
  • Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
  • Close sales by utilizing phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
  • Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
  • Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services.

Key Performance Indicators:

* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

  • Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • One or more years of work experience
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance)
  • Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods
  • Even better if you have one or more of the following:

+ Experience working in a commission-based environment + Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions + Customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Compensation and Benefits:

* Yearly salary range of $43,000-$56,000, consisting of both base pay and team-based commission
