Job Summary

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry/Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, formatting documents, and performing administrative tasks to support our clients. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Document Formatting: Format documents using Microsoft Word, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
  • Contract Preparation: Prepare contracts and proposals for clients, using your knowledge of formatting and design principles.
  • Adobe Conversion: Convert documents into Adobe format, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our clients, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as required.

Essential Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills:

  • Microsoft Word: You must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, with the ability to format documents extensively.
  • Adobe: You must be familiar with Adobe and able to convert documents into Adobe format.
  • Organizational Skills: You must be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience in Data Entry: You must have experience in data entry, with a strong understanding of data formatting and accuracy.
  • Administrative Experience: You must have experience in administrative roles, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols.
  • Certifications: You must hold any relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Office Specialist or Adobe Certified Expert.

Work Environment

This is a part-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST, with a one-hour lunch break. You will be working remotely, with access to our systems and resources.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00 per hour. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
