Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases. - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously. - Proficiency in computer navigation and software applications, including Google Chrome.
