Position Overview

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to live chat inquiries from our customers in a timely and professional manner. This position offers the flexibility to work from either your home or office, allowing you to balance your work and personal life with ease.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and respond to live chat inquiries: You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your responses will set the tone for our customer interactions. You'll need to be proactive, responsive, and empathetic in your communication, ensuring that customers feel heard and valued.

  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions: You'll need to be knowledgeable about our products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer queries. This may involve escalating complex cases to higher management when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude: You'll be the first point of contact for many customers, and your attitude will set the tone for their experience with arenaflex. You'll need to be patient, understanding, and professional at all times.
  • Update customer information and order details accurately: You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including updates to customer information and order details.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues: You'll work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure that customers receive the support they need.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches, promotions, and policies: You'll need to stay informed about new product launches, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but we're open to considering candidates with relevant experience and skills.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service: You'll need to have a minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, both in writing and verbally.

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this role is $44K - $53K, depending on your experience and qualifications.
