The Role

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Data Entry Assistant with a focus on influencer marketing to join our team on a temporary paid assignment. As a detail-oriented and organized individual, you will be responsible for managing and updating data in influencer marketing campaign reports. Your primary focus will be on using a reporting platform, Google Sheets, and maintaining data accuracy while staying updated with social media trends in the beauty and lifestyle space.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set-up and manage all influencer marketing campaign reports in our reporting platform

• Upload finalized partner lists into campaigns management system
• Monitor and vet reports and content within for performance and compliance
• Update and maintain Google Sheets with up-to-date information throughout the week
• Collaborate with Account Manager to provide weekly and monthly reports for clients
• Monitor campaign performance and identify trends to help provide solutions to improve metrics
• Identify top-performing content and add it to the External Master sheet

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in data entry, social media management, or a related field

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently with Google Suite, including Google Sheets
• Experience with third-party social media reporting platforms
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in influencer marketing or a related field

• Knowledge of social media trends and platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on improving campaign performance
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and insights
• Experience working with freelancers or remote teams
