Experienced Full Stack Sales Director – Customer Sales Leadership for arenaflex's South Region

We're seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as the Director of Customer Sales, South. As a key member of our arenaflex team, you'll be responsible for leading a cross-functional team to deliver business results across assigned territory. With a strong track record of success in the CPG industry, you'll be expected to lead annual planning processes, negotiate annual agreements, and provide subject matter expertise to resolve complex customer issues.

Responsibilities:

As the Director of Customer Sales, South, you'll be responsible for:

Customer Development:

Lead a team of direct reports to manage Publix and SEG customers, drive processes and execution of annual plans across assigned customers and bottlers, and deliver key business and financial metrics.

System Leadership:

Participate in system routines, provide customer updates, and work closely with Coca-Cola sales teams to maximize mutual goals and results.

Cross Functional Communication and Collaboration:

Provide on-going updates on customer plan results and opportunities to arenaflex management, participate in key cross-functional routines, and provide customer input to annual plans.

Organizational Development:

Leverage cross-functional resources to deliver best-in-class capabilities to customers, coach and mentor team members, and manage to annual T&E budget for the department.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.

Experience:

8 years of direct sales experience in the CPG industry, with a track record of successfully selling into multiple national and regional channel customers.

Location:

Located in the Southeast or Texas preferred.

Recent Experience:

Recent Publix and SEG experience preferred.

DSD Beverage Background:

DSD beverage background preferred.

Strong data and insights knowledge, Alteryx, Branding, Channels Strategy, Conversion Rate, Customer Insights, Demand Generation, Digital Advertising, Google Analytics, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Leadership, Marketing Campaigns, Marketing Insights, Marketing Strategies, Market Segmentation, Media Buying, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI), Product Commercialization, Sales Channel Development, Social Media, Strategy Development, Structured Query Language (SQL), Tableau (Software).

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary:

$169,000 - $196,000 (base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience).

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:

30 (annual incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role).
