A Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be the last point of contact for our customers, ensuring that they have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. You'll be responsible for handling customer concerns, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your exceptional communication skills and interpersonal abilities will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive experience

  • Handle customer concerns, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting or exceeding sales and customer service targets
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation procedures, ensuring a safe and clean work environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Provide feedback and coaching to colleagues to improve their performance and customer service skills

Experience

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting or exceeding sales and customer service targets
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment

  • Leadership or team-building experience
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
